Hennither Bianca Gant is a human resources expert and entrepreneur with almost 20  years of experience. She is a superb problem solver for clients in the private, nonprofit, and governmental sectors.

“The best approach for any employer is to anticipate and set up strategies to mitigate people's problems,” says Gant.  “The reality is that recruitment, hiring, employment, and firings are intrinsically tricky.  You’re dealing with people who bring personal issues and different characteristics into the workplace.  

“No matter how carefully you plan and develop procedures, problems will arise.  It’s important that you solve the problems as quickly and fairly as possible.”

Her firm specializes in assisting start-up businesses as well as established ones with an average of 50 employees or less.  “If a company wants to grow profits, we help facilitate the progress.  A company’s success is determined by process, people and products.  We assist with the ‘people’ part and we’re especially good at strategizing and handling details.”

Gant is also a frequent and effective speaker on radio and at events for professional groups, business schools, and HR conferences.  She participates in many K-12 and university career days and mentors the next generation of HR professionals as a way of giving back.
