WHO IS HENNITHER BIANCA GANT?

Hennither Gant is a warm, engaging speaker who intertwines HR expertise with entertaining stories and insightful observations.  The owner of Career Image Solutions, she works on behalf of large companies as well as for individuals seeking advancement in the workplace.  Whether the need is regulation adherence or diversity training, recruitment or career development, Hennither is the go-to person known for her expertise and common sense approach to problem-solving.  Her enthusiasm for leadership of people in the workplace makes her a sought-after panelist, trainer, and keynoter. Hennither is also the founder of Kingdom HR, an organization that specializes in educating the next generation of integrity-filled HR professionals. 

Hennither was the first child born in the United States to two parents from Sierra Leone, West Africa.  She credits her success in HR to her upbringing between the two continents and four parents as she grew up in a blended family. Her father worked really hard to provide for his family before going back to school at Catholic and Howard Universities in DC.  “Different people came to our house all the time so he could tutor them in math and science,” explains his proud daughter.  “He taught me that everyone’s the same,” she explains.  “He can talk to anyone and get along with everyone.” “My Mom, on the other hand, was a counselor with a huge vocabulary.  Between my two parents, I was brought up to value education.  Before I could go outside and play, Mom made sure I read five pages and learned ten new vocabulary words, words like ‘tintinnabulation,’ which means ‘ringing of bells.’”

Hennither’s skills are many and her deep familiarity with the world of hiring and firing allows her to give great advice.  Coupled with her passion for helping businesses with all things HR, Hennither’s experience and innovative thinking constitute a winning formula.  She also helps individuals attain their dream careers. Furthermore, Hennither has a passion for seeing others excel in their careers and businesses while in spiritual excellence.  She used to oversee the women’s and youth ministries at church, co-authored 4 books and self-published two books that call people to their greatness, “Freedom from Anxiety- One Woman’s Secret Journey” & “Commanding My Day- Declarations Around the Clock”.  

Hennither also volunteers for several boards and community events while achieving claim to several awards. When Hennither is not speaking or serving in HR, she can be found spending time with her husband and 5 children. Hennither also loves to sing, dance and listen to West African music.
